Catering: we require a 30% deposit to secure your date.


Cakes: We require a 50% deposit.


Deposits for our other services may vary so please contact us to find out.


Catering & hire services: Final balances are due 2 weeks before the event. If you have less than 2 weeks till your event when booking you will be required to pay in full.


Cakes: Final balances are due 1 week before the event. For last minute orders, you will be required to pay in full.


Please note that without a deposit your order is not finalised.


All deposits are non refundable.

How do i book?

For bookings you can request a quote via our enquiry form, over the phone or direct email to enquiries@atasteofpassion.co.uk


A member of our team will then email you an invoice.

How much notice do i need to give?

We take bookings on a first come first serve basis, so we recommend securing your desired date as soon as possible. Occasionally we can accommodate last minute orders so please contact us to check our availability.

Payment options

We accept payment via credit/debit card, bank transfer & cash.

What types of events do you cater for?

We cater for Festivals, Corporate and Private Events.


Corporate events including seminars, company celebrations, anniversaries, launches, charity balls etc.


Private functions including birthdays, weddings, funerals, christenings, baby showers etc.

What are the minimum and maximum numbers you cater for?

No event is too small or too big we have a team to accommodate for large functions aswell as small intimate dinners.

Can you cater for guests with special dietary requirements?

Yes providing we all given all the information well in advance, we can cater for most dietary needs.

I have a large number of guests attending my event and dont think the cake design i want will feed all of them

We have 2 options

Option 1: We can provide plain cakes without icing that you can leave in the kitchen and cut up along side your main cake


Option 2: We can provide additional cakes with plain icing to match the colour of your main cake.
